During our recent stay at Black Swan, we were delighted by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only did the front-of-house staff graciously guide us to our lovely room on the ground floor, but they also accommodated our request for soy milk at breakfast, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The room itself exceeded our expectations, boasting a charming view of geraniums in window boxes and a superbly fresh and prompt room service experience, which left us truly impressed.Moreover, the breakfast offerings were plentiful and just right, served in a pleasant conservatory-style room overlooking a delightful courtyard garden adorned with white roses and Box plants-a serene setting that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The richly decorated entrance exuded warmth and tranquility, setting the tone for a relaxing and indulgent experience. Additionally, the superb bathroom in the superior room we were upgraded to during our second stay was a highlight, providing a luxurious touch to our visit.In summary, Black Swan went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations, providing us with a memorable and truly satisfying stay. From the attentive and cheerful staff to the carefully curated amenities and picturesque surroundings, the hotel left a lasting impression on us.
