My recent stay at Black Swan exceeded all my expectations. Not only did the quadruple room provide ample space for my family, but the comfort and cleanliness were exceptional. Despite the rooms feeling slightly dated compared to the modern lobby and cafe area, the attention to detail in cleanliness and daily bed-making truly stood out. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness, coupled with the convenient location near key sights, made our stay unforgettable. The complimentary toiletries and electric kettle in the room added a touch of luxury to our experience. Black Swan's dedication to guest satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail make it a top choice for families and travelers seeking a cozy retreat in the heart of the city.
